How do you use the Pyramids

This is how I've used it in the past. Upper body on Monday, cardio on Tuesday, Lower Body on Wed, cardio on Thurs, a total body workout, stretch on Friday.

Sometimes if I'm short on time, I do the premix up only then do one of the 30 min cardios from 4DS.

I know you posted awhile ago, but I only now saw this post. PUP and PLB are my favorite workouts. They kill me without killing me, if that makes any sense.

I tend to use Lower body one day, upper body the next day, and then cardio, then something different the next day, then repeat lower body, upper body.

I don't follow strict rotations, but this works for me :)
 
I love the pyramid workouts as well! I like to do the following:

PUB
PLB
cardio
Pyramid Combo
cardio

repeat...
 
I love the pyramids and use them as is. When I do a rotation based on them, I do (based on working out 6 days a week, and I also add in stretching most days):
PUB
cardio
PLB
cardio
PUB
cardio

then the next week is the same but PLB will be twice instead of PUB twice. I usually continue this for 4 weeks as a rotation.

Do you feel that using PUB/PLB as you mentioned, along with proper nutrition is good for weight loss and reshaping the body? I've been experimenting with all my workouts and trying to find what will bring the greatest results for me.

I do think it works well for reshaping the body. I also add in another abs workout or two a week, because I like to do more abs than just the pyramids. Forgot to mention that in my first post. HTH!
 
I like to do PUB, PLB and then a full-body workout (the bonus premix or Push/Pull or Supersets) for the week. A lot of times I'll run the other three days and have one rest day. Sometimes I'll add in a kettlebell workout one day. Other times I do Pyramids (usually PUB) in the morning and then do a run in the afternoon. Pyramids are my favorite workout and I always feel like I'm building muscle and strength and tone when I do them. Have fun!

I've been doing a total body Strength training 3x a week rotation. I do Muscle Endurance and Muscle Max on two of the days and then I do Pyramid Upper Body with either Butts & Guts, Gym Style Legs, or Legs & butts - I do this on the week-end since it takes so much more time.

I absolutely love PUB...I love when they are doing the biceps and they are all working so hard. So motivational. I love when Cathe says "I hear them crying" - cracks me up every time.
