How do you know if you are working out TOO MUCH??

I am currently doing the November Rotation with the new workouts, but also take an aqua jog class 2 times a week, run about 15 miles a week and yoga 2-3 times a week. I do take one rest day. I have been working out for years, but the new Cathe dvds seem to have more cardio than I am used to. I am a little more tired. But just curious what others thought. Am I doing too much, or challenging myself just the right amount?

There was a thread earlier in the week. Fatigue, eye and/or muscle twitches among other things.
