How do you get the new look

I can not even believe the changes in everyone's body since the last dvd were put out WOW !!! I am hoping the new series will help me to see the type of changes I see with all the pictures we are getting ! I would love to know if there is something we should be doing now to "get ready" or will the series come with some type of information letting us know how to use the series to obtain the "cut" that EVERYONE has in the new series.
I am so glad I preordered !!
