How do you change your password here?

I know I had the right password, but the forum would not accept it, and I was sent a very strange password. I would like to put it back to the original, but I don't know how to do it. Please help. Thank you.

Hi Caitlin,
Click on your user name (Welcome, _____) after you sign into the forums. Then click on User CP (in the blue heading), & on the left, you'll see various places to edit things. Under Settings & Options, there's a place to change your email & password.
