Hi Cathe I'm so interested in how u do it. I asked before how do u keep going. But now I'm asking how does it get from ur head ...your vision of what u want imto crew and staff? Do u brainstorm with them for ideas or new moves? Do u know in ur head the best scientific research by reading and then implemented in ur ideas and relate that to crew then ask for ideas? AND.... how long have u been thinking of doing xtrain.? Was it ur idea? How did u know what each dvd was going to consist of?
Oh also lol I saw the concept of the leg dvds and u called it contrast training ..well I never heard that before so I looked it up and so tickled and impressed beyond giddy that it is a form of training that most have not heard of EXCEPT the elite athletes! Wow you are quickly becoming my very best friend lol..
I even have dreams of doing exercise. Your dvds in my living room and with u! I tell everyone about u. I am still trying to lose weight but I think I just eat to much. But Im getting shape in my arms for sure.
