The NAAA disease - I hear that ! Have you read the book , " Strong Curves ", by Brett Contreras ? We were talking about it on a different thread . He's known as the , " Glute Guy ", because he's got a lot of insight into training this stubborn area . It's worth checking out .

Oh yes . The Rockbottom rotation called out to me the first time I laid eyes on it . It's great to hear that you got the results you did ! Have you read the book I mentioned ? While he does focus on the glutes , I think he has some good tips on training a woman's body in general .
What is the rock bottom challenge? My nickname for bodyparts is BBP..boom..boom...pow so theme song by black eyed peas gets me motivated. In my mind I use BBP..breast...belly...pow=booty. Over the weekend my sisters were picking at me like...dang your pow is always gonna b there. Genetically how my body is shaped yes but it has shrinked thank goodness. Although we are trying to shape up...some people pay to enhance body to get things we are trying to lose so I cannot complain....hehe.

I just tell everyone I've been working my gluts really hard...that's why they look so swollen !
