How different is the STS to P90X?

I decided to first do a 12-week P90X/Insanity program that one of the Team Beachbody coaches came up with, and follow that with STS.

Cynthia

Would you mind sharing this p90x/insanity rotation with me? I own both programs and the combination intrigues me! :)

I hated Barry's Boot Camp too. Really annoyed the heck out of me.

Yup, one of the worst I have bought. I agree with above poster, he is creepy and SOOOO annoying. I want to get rid of the set but have been too lazy to list it on ebay.

Early this year, I did this hybrid P90X and Insanity rotation- See below

Great! Thank you so much for the link. It appears I will have to wait until I get home tonite to view the actual rotation schedule though. I can't seem to view it from work. It'll be hard but I can wait! :D

Oh and if you wouldn't mind, and have a chance, could you share your results and thoughts regarding this rotation? TIA! :)

If you have trouble finding the rotation or printing it, you can send me a PM and I will email the PDF to you

I did this rotation just about this time last year. Just before I started this rotation I had just completed 90 days of P90x followed by 60 days of Insanity I was not a fan of 90 minutes of Yoga, so I subbed other Yoga workouts for YogaX. A few times I subbed Michael Olajide or Ilaria for Kenpo X Plus. This rotation does not have a weighted leg workout but with all of the pylo moves in Insanity I did not need it.

For me, the major result of this rotation was that my thighs muscles became more defined and slimmed down and my shoulder and back definition increased. My results may be due to the fact that previous to this rotation I was doing many years of Power Lifting and Power Lifting competitions, so although I was extremely strong, I did not have much muscle definition.

Thank you so very much! :) I will have to compare it to the one Regina sent me! So many to choose from! :)

It is! :) My problem is that I can be quite indecisive when it comes to deciding on a rotation to follow so now with all the choices, it may take me til the year 2012 to pick one! :p

Put your choices in a hat, close your eyes and take one out and do it. That is what I do when I am indecisive (smile)!
