I saw her on FitTV and was really afraid to try her workouts! Then something I read in Fitness magazine really sunk in: most women don't see changes in their bodies because they don't lift heavy enough weights. It is something I knew before, but it really hit home and I started taping Cathe's weight workouts.
When I noticed how much progress I could make in a short time, I decided to try her step workouts, and they are not as tough as I had imagined, either! Don't get me wrong -- they're tough, but I can figure out the choreography and my cardiovascular fitness improves every time I work out. I thought they'd be impossible for me, but I just have to modify sometimes -- and that is happening less and less often. I'm so glad I found her!
