How bout... Best Cathe workouts Post Partum?

I started back up 1 week pp (I'm impatient!) with LIS, Low Max, Drill Max, MM and 4DS.
I also did a lot of TaeBo in there. TaeBo has always been the one thing that will guaranteed whip me into shape.

Stephanie, thanks so much for sharing! What a great rotation. I'm already plotting my post-baby pregnancy pounds plan of attack LOL

I'm due in September, so hope to have the new STS cardios by my 6 week mark :)
