I posted this awhile back. I started it but twisted my ankle during it and have been skiddish about the step ever since. But it's a great rotation! I plan on starting it back once my fear of stepping subsides. (here's the link)
I started back up 1 week pp (I'm impatient!) with LIS, Low Max, Drill Max, MM and 4DS.
I also did a lot of TaeBo in there. TaeBo has always been the one thing that will guaranteed whip me into shape.
