mel- i am following the insanity rotation but doing my normal foods... i could not imagine doing it 3 weeks after baby! i agree that it is a bit boring, but as i get stronger it is less monotonous. i think i work harder now, so i am more focused than when i was not as strong. even my hubby has commented on the change in mt body, esp hips and tummy! try it again, you might like it better 2nd time around. i am back doing imax 3. i really love the hardcore extreme dvd that combines the imax3 with kickmax intensity drills. i am also loving cardio fusion. it feels good to have my strength and stamina back. i agree, I would be the crazy workout woman too if my kids would give me a chance! I do insanity while my son eats lunch and watches a dvd on teh computer. it is going to rain for a week, so i will get up at 4 and workout before they get up. grr. i hate morning workouts. as for your question about hte go wear fit. we have them, not a huge fan. i think you already have the motivation and do not need one. I got them last year to get my husband to understand the calorie buring function and to prove to him that he sleeps like crap because he snores (it tells you your sleep efficiency). a regular heart rate monitor is more efficient. we also noticed the calorie burn was not exact, whioch is annoying. (we wear garmin for running, which is extremely accurate and compared the totals, off by a few hundred calories a day).
Wave to all, bbl kiddos need me...
