Wow, I just did interval blasts+legs!!! If you have never tried this, you don't know what you're missing!! TOUGH, TOUGH, TOUGH!! I guess I just had some extra energy and decided to "eat my Wheaties" and give it my all!!

I have been mostly doing the LIS, but sometimes I crave the high impact stuff. Nothing gets my heart rate up better AND I look like I just got out of the shower :eek: I feel fantastic :)
 
Love that as well! Nothing better than doing a toughie and then being on cloud 9 for the rest of the day as a result. :p I always think I'm "one workout away from a good mood!"
 
I agree. I love a good high impact, high intensity, high energy sweat-fest. The tougher, the better. LIS is great because I like variety and I like to vary the level of impact of my workouts since I workout so frequently, but high impact is always my favorite. I really like all 3 workouts on that DVD.

I love all 3 workouts too, but my fav is the hi/low section. Just answer me this one question, in the Interval Blast+legs (Imax3 blast w/ plie jumps) how the hell do you get through all 1,000 of them??? I want to kill myself when that blast comes up!! Everything else I can handle, but that blast leaves me speechless. I think I swear at Cathe under my breath while my legs are burning.
