Lisa, I forgot about the 1 handed thing on the RT. About what percent of the trippers did them do you estimate?
I did a few workouts this week, most recently....Dum da da Dummm....hardcore extreme interval circuit. :::wooo, and the crowd goes wild::::
I'm still waiting for my new workouts, maybe today? I'll have to get dressed to go check mail. I passed on the rebounder and juicer but did get a tablet this week that I'm really enjoying.
ps the hard thing about working nights and days, I get confused and never know if I'm supposed to be drinking wine or coffee.

Hi all. Yesterday was RWH plyo one plus abs one and today was RWH LIHI b/b/s. I started to add on abs 2 but just was not feeling it. I am trying to eat clean and am feeling good and healthy.

Ronne - I am glad you are having a great time.
Mary - have fun on your trip.
Roxie - glad the job is working out for you.
Lisa - 30% cut! That is crazy.
Jody - why not have wine and coffee, one after the other? This way you cover all your bases. ;-)

I had to work 9-1 today but felt up to a workout so I did Run/Walk Intervals and Total Body Stretching Basic Stretch and will do planks later.

Had a busy weekend as expected. The tree is up and decorated, it's bigger than what we usually buy so everything is a bit more squashed. I didn't have time for any workouts over the weekend. Managed to finish off my shopping, I think everyone is done now.
Planning to do Back & Biceps premix from 4DS. Then I'm meeting a friend for Christmas lunch.
 
Hi everyone! Been getting in the rwh workouts, fri was c/sh/tri...wow! I'm liking the weight workouts, even when 12lb dumbbell for chest was enough for me. Sat was low impact 2,then that night my right back and hip hurt, took rest Sunday. Still hurts today, tried rwh ub circuit but was worried it was making my back worse so stopped halfway through and switched to kcm split sessions ub. I see others are having issues with low back with these workouts, so I'm not going to do them too often (except for the weight ones). Ronne, consider this your warning to be careful with the new workouts. Mary, hope you're winning big in Vegas. Roxie, Jody, don't work too hard! Jody, most did regular burpees on RT... Me I just stood there along with a couple other women. Murphy, how are the new workouts working for you?
 
HI all. I channeled Lisa and did RWH low impact 2. The workouts in this series to go by fast. Yes, they are shorter, but they still seem to move quickly. I added abs 2 to it. Still have DOMS from the other days. So, youngest DD says to me "mom, you are doing it right - you are taking your time and going slower than they are." Well, I guess she pays attention when I say to take your time and do it right. :)

Woo hoo, my new DVDs arrived! And even better, I didn't have to pay any extra charges! I was really surprised, they got here very quickly. So, I decided to make a start. Did Legs. I really liked it, I can imagine this being a regular leg workout. I've decided to follow the getting started rotation but I'll just fit it in as I can over Christmas.

Roxie - do you decorate the house at all?

Murphy - that's good feedback from your DD ;)

Lisa - thanks for the warning on the back. I will be cautious. I could feel it a bit during Legs, I didn't go as heavy as Cathe for the deadlifts because of it.

Had a really nice lunch with friend yesterday. I feel like Christmas is underway now, with meeting people, handing over presents and our house decorated. Got to go back into town again today for a bit more shopping and to take DD to orthodontist.
 
Hi all. Did RWH UB circuit. I was not sure what to expect; I liked it. I keep forgetting about the extra bouts of cardio. I think I may try the premixes with abs added in between. I love the premix options.

Ronne - I too feel like Christmas is underway. gifts and decorations and etc. Yeah!

I did 1 hr of spinning, burned 495 calories! Love these studio sweat spinning workouts. Lower back is better, another CATHLETE (Diana) said she's getting low back soreness too. I may spend time in the workout manager and make me my own workout from the rwh and take out the things I don't like. I'll enjoy them more that way and I'll be more careful next time of twisting movements. Ronne, interested to see what you think of the new workouts. Murphy, you are really powering thru these workouts, I don't know how you're doing it. Roxie, do true, I do not want a set back, dang love that spinning!

I did Musclemax Upper Body Only Premix and I am very sore.

Ronne-I do have some decorations up just not enough room for a tree.

Lisa-I wish I had time to spin was going to take the bike back but it was raining.

Murphy - are your kids excited? Do you take them to see Father Christmas or are they past that now?

Lisa - glad your back is better. I had really bad backache yesterday after walking into town and then walking around for an hour shopping. But I don't think it had anything to do with the workout (Legs). It feels much better today.

Roxie - That's a good thorough UB workout.

Well, today was LIH 1 plus Bonus Abs 2. I decided to just jump straight in without previewing and I was pleasantly surprised. I didn't think it was too bad, not as hard as any of the Hiit workouts or TTM or CF for example. I was quite glad when she said that was it but I could have gone a bit longer if necessary. Abs were good. Felt really worked.
Work has pretty much finished for the year now. So, I'm getting on with housework, baking, present wrapping etc. Trying to enjoy my peaceful time before everyone finishes and my parents arrive.
 
Good Morning,

I don't go to work until 1 today and I think DH is going to have to take me we are expecting ice and snow this afternoon. I did LM Cardio, 30 pushups and 175 crunches. I have a migraine and upset stomach. I have to watch a webanar when I get to work.

Did RWH CST. Toughest one of the disks I've done so far. Hard to keep up with Cathe and I couldn't use similar weights. But I worked at my pace and went to failure a few times. I think I might be feeling this one tomorrow.
DH at home ill again today. At least it's out of the way before Christmas!
 
Hey gals! Yesterday I did KCM Muscle Def full compilation premix (77 min). Today I'm going to try RWH LB circuit. I started a rx treatment on my face that is supposed to get rid of microscopic cancer cells. I do it for 3 days, OMG, my face is on fire for the 6 hrs I have to leave it on for, then my face is all swollen and blistery and now itchy. Today is the last day for the rx cream, i'm not looking forward to the fire feeling! Supposedly the cream only targets the spots where there is cancer cells...well, for the most part they are everywhere! some areas worse than others.

Ronne, I love the lifting in rwh, glad to hear you couldn't use cathe weights either :) I think I had minor back ache after LIHI legs, I think what really did me in was the abs with the weigths workout (#1?). and LI #2 (the one with weights). Will see how LB cirucit is.

Roxie, how are you feeling? That was quite a workout for not feeling well! I haven't had tree or decorations up in 2 yrs either. Mainly because of my neck last year and the living situation this year as I would have put something out had I #1 been able to get to it and #2 had the room, we are packed in like sardines :(

Today is RWH legs. I think this may be one of two that I have not done. I have to look to see what the other one is. So far I am loving the new series. Depending on the January rotation, I may do the RWH/XTrain rotation. It looks pretty good.

Lisa - sorry to hear about the face pain. I hope things work out for you.
Mary - glad you are back and had fun.
Ronne - no, we have not taken the girls to see Father Time. I was thinking about it for this year, but am undecided.

It was a not so good day at work and it didn't help that I took my migraine medicine at 1:30 am this morning and was sick to my stomach and really tired. We got 3" of snow over night. No workout for me today.

Mary-I have to work 9-3 on Christmas Eve then the Friday after all day and Saturday 9-1.

Lisa & Murhpy-head finally quit hurting this afternoon.

Lisa - that sounds horrible. I hope it works! Well done on the KCM premix, that is long. I could never attempt that! I haven't done either of those RWH workouts yet. I'll let you know what I think when I get there.

Mary - good to have you back. Good luck with the shopping!

Murphy - I really liked the Legs one. I think the Xtrain rotation looks good as well. I was thinking of moving on to that in January, although it will take me longer to get through the current rotation as I'll be having lots of breaks over Christmas.

Plyo Hiit 1 plus Abs 2 again today. That was really hard, I skipped three of the repeated rounds just to get my breath back. So much harder than the LI Hiit. I was glad to do the abs again as it gave me time to cool down before showering. I think this one might develop a bit of dread factor for me.
DD finishes school today, two weeks off. So I will only be around erratically from now on.
Got family coming this weekend. Going to do some baking and the big Christmas food shop tomorrow.
