Holiday 40's +

Did XTrain cardio leg blast today. Did RWH low impact 1 yesterday. Tried not too eat too much and trying not too eat the rest of the desserts!
I hope everyone has been having a nice holday season.

Hi girls! Hope you all had a beautiful Christmas! Ours has been lovely so far! Today Christmas with the in laws and tomorrow with my parents. Today did XT BS CBS, yesterday a barre w/o, Christmas did RWH UB circuit. Jody! I'm sorry you got the flu! Hope you are feeling better! Murphy, did your kids enjoy the holiday? Lisa, have fun in your full house! Roxie, hope work isn't too bad. Ronne, enjoy your family! Hope all is well with everyone! Mary
 
Hi ladies! I've got a few workouts in. Only a walk on Xmas eve, rwh csb on Christmas - did bench with 15 lb weights!, nothing yesterday had a nice dinner with everyone, DS and DIL claim the prime rib gave them good poison, everyone else ok so I think they caught some virus instead. Today was 1 hr spinning. Jody, it's like it's meant to be when you match! Mary, wow lots of Christmas celebrating for you. Murphy, I was up a couple pounds this morning, hoping it's muscles holding water as I've been doing impressive (for me) ub weights. Feels so good finally to get a good workout on ub. Roxie, did you spend time with gs? Ronne, how's your holiday? 3.5 weeks until house will be all empty, meanwhile I try to enjoy having all here as it may not happen again. I do miss my freedom though. Next year may be saying something different, lol, DH may be commuting to Mexico city for some business.
 
I'm sick now. And here I was ready for rwh bbs! Tummy hurts, body aches, I hope I don't lose my cookies! Ugh, if I can get through today I know I'll feel better tomorrow. Bummer too as we were going to go out for Sushi
 
Yesterday was all about the ab work and today was XTrain bi's and tri's. Tomorrow it is back to RWH; I am trying to mix up the UB and LB work - it seems to be the focus for the last week of the rotation.

Lisa - I hope you are feeling better.
Jody- how are you feeling?
Ronne - you will have company for 3-5 weeks? I don't know if I can do that.
Mary - yes, the kids had a great Christmas. Between DH and my parents, they were spoiled rotten - again!
Roxie- have you found your workout groove and work schedule groove?

Did XTrain legs, the 80 min premix with all the parts including the rear delts. It was not too bad, it kept moving. I was worried about the length but I also wanted to try it and the kids and DH were asleep so I went for it. I am sure I will be feeling it tomorrow.

Roxie - 130 crunches and 30 pushups after spinning? Wow, you are really working hard.
Lisa - feeling any better?
Ronne - you should make some of your houseguests do some Cathe workouts. :)

Jody - sorry to hear you've been ill. Typical when you've been working hard, it's like your body just gives up when you stop hope you're feeling better and enjoying time with the girls.

Murphy - you're a workout machine. No, it's Lisa with guests, my parents have gone and it's just the three of us again.

Lisa - hope you're feeling better as well. Congrats on the 15lbs, that is really impressive. I bet you never thought you'd pick them up again.

Mary - how many Christmases are you having?!! I bet you're sick of turkey by now.

I've had a week off exercise, Had a nice few days. Everyone liked their presents. Parents went home on Sunday. We went to see friends yesterday and we've got people popping round tomorrow. No plans for New Year.
I did RWH LI 1 plus Abs 2 today. Wasn't too bad, a nice way back in to exercise.
 
Good Afternoon,

I came home from work early today woke up with a sore throat and it isn't feeling better and now my stomach is upset I don't have time for the flu. Don't know if I mentioned sister-in-law wants her spin bike back.

Murphy-I don't even have DOMs from the spinning.
 
Did RWH/LIHI/CTS. I finally started using the "weight sheets" and they really do make a difference. I used them with STS and never thought about them again for other workouts, but they are very helpful. I feel so productive. Happy New Year's Eve everyone.

Jody/Lisa/Roxie - I hope you are feeling better. Rest when you can.
Roxie - sorry about the spin bike. :-(
Ronne - how are you liking the new series?

Hi girls! Sorry to not have been here, busy with the kids. I have done XT legs, XT B&T, and S&G. Lisa, hope you have recovered, sounds miserable! Jody, are you all better? Roxie, what about you? Looks like illness is rampant! Murphy, you have been killing the workouts! Ronne, sounds like you have had fun! Happy New Year to all. I wish you all health, happiness! (A little wealth wouldn't be bad either!). Talk to you next year! Haha! Mary
 
Quick fly by, I'm still among the living, barely. Just when I think it can't get worse, it does.... Woke up in middle of the night doubled over in pain. Thus morning I could eat a bit finally, but now DH gas it, he's miserable and now knows what I was going thru. I sure hope DS and his girlfriend don't get it, especially since they drive back to Kansas Sunday. Glad everyone is getting workouts in for me. Although with as little as I'm eating you'd think I'd lose some weight, albeit the wrong way to lose weight. We start moving some things from the basement to the garage on Friday while DS is here to help (another reason he can't get sick). Less than 3 weeks and they move out! My workouts mat be sporadic for a while. But then once things get put back in order I'll have my awesome workout and sewing space back!
