hip hip hooray!

I did PUB/PLB this past weekend for the first time in a long time, and boy did I feel worked out. I plan on adding these to my rotation on a much more regular basis. The bicep segment of PUB is killer, as is the floorwork on the stability ball in PLB.

You will love these workouts!

Absolutely great choice Jes!!! I am not sure how easy it'll be for me to walk tomorrow as I did PLB standing segment today plus my own Leg extensions and curls after taking 2 weeks off....OH MY!....:)...carole
 
Oh Jess, you're going to SO love this one!

I used to keep a cheat sheet taped to my wall with what plates to use for a certain weight. You change plates really fast in this w/o, and for me calcluating ...5# bb, plus 2, 7.5's, plus 2, 5's....

Haydee is right! Work the BIS FIRST! OUCH! I love this series. The plank/pike work on the ball in PUB is unbelievable. Enjoy!

I ordered them yesterday! I can't wait to do the full work out. I was doing a Tivo'd version off Fit TV. I was still feeling it though.
