I bought this DVD some time ago and I've watched it so many times I had it memorized. Something in my head kept saying don't, you can't, you shouldn't... Well, this morning I did it. I did the whole thing! Granted 30/30 is the easier of the 3 workouts but for me, I'm still in disbelief! I did the plyos, the jumps, the lunges and finished about 9:00. It's now about 1:00 and I feel great! A little sore in the backside...where I need it!!
I guess I'm so thrilled with this I had to share because I had really thought it wasn't possible. Now, I'm ready for those new DVDs and can't wait!
