I just got finished with High Step Circuit on the BOSU and LOVED IT! I used it on all the step sections, whether Cathe was using her step higher or lower. I could feel it just where I was supposed to feel it the whole time. Then when it was time for plank work, I flipped it over (flat side up) and it really added a challenge to those sections. On the ab crunches, I balanced on top of the BOSU with nothing touching the floor and my abs were worked to the max! On side to side ab twists, use a weight and don't let your feet touch the ground- YOWZA! Push-up section- try it with the BOSU flipped over with flat side up. If you have this DVD and the BOSU, TRY IT!! I had a wonderful, sweaty time!}(
