HIgh Step Challenge

Anyone tried this one? Any opinions? I watched it and it made me tired watching it... is it harder than the High Step advanced workout? Is it more like Boot Camp when you're doing it?

Good Morning -

I have done this workout twice so far and really like it. It has less step ups than HST - but in this one you do it with the bands. I really like this workout. She does try to keep the pace between the different exercises quick so that is focuses more on endurance. But it is a very do-able workout. You will enjoy it.

This is my favorite HC workout.
I like the music better in this one than HST. Ther are a lot more step ups in HST. Heavier weights are used in HST than HSC. HSC ends with abs, where HST doenst include them. To me, HST hits the legs so much more. HSC seems to move at a quicker pace to keep your heartrate up the entire workout.

Nothing should be jiggling, unless it's jiggling off.
You've gotta work hard for what you want. - Cathe in HSC

This line really cracked me up!! Unfortunately I still have plenty that "jiggles", but hopefully not after doing these Hardcores for awhile!!! I loved this workout. Just finished and I feel like a limp noodle!!! Can hardly lift my hands over my head!!:)

I'll have to do it again and let you know. I did this today. This was the only HC I did not preview so I wasn't mentally prepared for it and so could not give it as much as I would have normally (I'm speaking mainly about the cardio). (I always preview first!) Anyway, my first thought is I will like them equal. I think this one has more variety and like the other HC's, I like the way Cathe has incorporated that evil band. I really love HSTA and I do think I'll like this as much only for different reasons. Also, good question about "is it more like Boot Camp when you're doing it?" I think so as that's kind of what I was thinking when I was doing it! :) :)
