High Step Challenge and High Step Training Advanced

I think I saw this question previously but can't find it.

I have High Step Challenge and like it. Is High Step Training different enough to warrant owning both?

TIA

Elaine

I don't own High step challenge, but I have High step training. To me it is an excellent workout. I like the cardio cause it gets my heart rate up big time. She starts each section with leg presses, then more legs, and upperbody. This workout really gives me a sweat. I don't know if this helps you any but for me it is a tough workout.

I've only heard bits and pieces about HSC, so if you can maybe let me in on how it is. Is it worth having? It sounds like a good workout.

I have them both and feel they are definitely different enough to warrant buying both. Personally, I think High Step Training Advanced is tougher than High Step Challenge. High Step Challenge doesn't have all the leg presses as HSTA and the cardio segments are more creative. :)

Hi Jeren, don't mean to sideline the questions but since you have both can you tell me if HSTA is simlar to Bootcamp style (which I have and love) but looking for something with similar format yet slightly different?

Yes, I would say that HSTA and Bootcamp have similar styles in that they are both circuit training workouts. However, the segments (both cardio & weight training) are more than 1-minute long. Also, there is no formal ab section in HSTA.

I love them both and get a different type of workout with each. With HSTA she does tons of leg presses, which I love. With HSC I think there is only two different times she does leg presses. The exercises in both are unique and different. I love both. If I had to choose between the two, I think I'd select HSTA.

I like HSTA much, much more than HSC and HSTA has great premixes too! I like to do HSC on a day after a really intense workout or on a day where I want to hit everything, but not too intensely. HSTA, however, wipes me out! I really like this one.

The leg and cardio premix always does me in on hsta.A wokout I wasn't expecting to like -I thought it would be easy was high step circuit.I do the leg and cardio portion on this as well I don't work as hard as hsta but it is still a good workout with a variety of leg exercise's.I have yet to do any of them as is.
