i may be weird but does anyone find they feel yucky eating a lot of protein??? i normally eat between 110-120 grams per day which is roughly 1g/lb of bodyweight. However, today i decided to try to lower my carbs a bit and up my protein. Now i'm sitting at 160 grams for the day and i feel terrible!!! I feel nauseous and heavy; almost like the protein is just remaining undigested. Has anyone felt this way? With all the talk of low carb going around it seems like this is a typical diet for most but i really don't feel good on it. Not to mention i don't have any energy since my carbs were about 120g today.
