I love the Cathe videos, but unless I am doing the workouts I consider more beginner, I find myself landing on my rear more than my feet. I am a klutz, but I am also in fairly decent shape. I figure skate 5 days a week (was 3 until recently) and am trying to get back into shape after a bad groin injury that has kept my exercise limited as well as get below where I was prior to the injury. I like the intensity level of videos like Low Max or even the 53 min step I got with my step, but I trip over my own two feet a lot. In fact after probably 10-15 times through only the first 4 interval premix on low max I finally got through without completely losing it. And it's not an intensity problem, I just confused over the steps and can't follow along. Any reccomendations on dvd's that have a high intensity level but is good for klutz's like me? (and when I say klutz I mean it - I regularly walk into door frames )
