WOW,THANKS for all the replies! Logging on today,I was shocked, and thrilled,to see all the responses! This is so cool! JERRY,YES,I remember you! Wondered what the heck happened to ya! Happy Belated Birthday,by the way!!
Just to tell ya a bit more about myself. I am 44 years old(but age,who cares?

) I have lost 60 pounds with WW and Leslie Sansone's workouts (my second time around, gained it all back the first time, sad but true!). I did Leslie's walks exclusively for nearly 5 years but her workouts just stopped having any effect on my body and I have plateaued,I have 30 more pounds to lose! I have some weight training experience since I do Jari Love's Ripped workouts every once in awhile. I have tried the FIRM and have stepped using the TransFIRMer but am pretty new to the whole step experience. But I really like the effect stepping has on my legs!!
Watching a couple of clips,I am so impressed with Cathe's style but, right now, need something that won't frustrate me too much. I consider myself an intermediate exerciser. That's why I am leaning towards Basic Step and Body Fusion to get me started. Seeing how helpful you guys are, I know you'll lead me in the right direction!

I am so excited to get started,I have been stagnant,fitness-wise,for several months now, only by using Jari's workouts was I able to start seeing more improvement which is how I got started with weights.
I have a step and several sets of weights,I would consider buying a barbell or borrowing my husbands (he doesn't use it anyway LOL!!).
I am a bit confused,is Basic Step and Body Fusion strictly cardio or is there also weight work involved? I thank all of you,in advance, for putting up with my rambling and all my questions. Cathe has alot out and it's a bit confusing just coming in!
