Cathlete
I know you're super busy but I was wondering if you could possibly answer this question. To make a long story short, I've done something to my lower back, I think from maybe doing deadlifts with incorrect form. The pain didn't begin until a few hours after the workout. Anyway, I'm seeing a chiropractor and taking meds, and am awaiting an MRI. I preordered STS and was SOOOOO excited but canceled becasue I don't know what's up and didn't want to NOT be able to use it. My ? is this: if cleared for workout by dr, with some lower body moves being excluded I'm sure (such as deadlifts and possibly squats), could I still benefit from STS as far as gaining muscle definition in my legs? I'm so bummed about this! Thanks!

By the way, during this time of injury, I've had to rely MUCH more on my legs for support. I do not think this would have been as easy if it weren't for your workouts and the strength I've gained from them. Thanks again!!

Kim
