Hi Cathe! Still here? 3 x 3 for you!

I see you're online, so I thought I throw you some more 'fun' questions.

1) what are your 3 favorite hairstyles from your workouts? (I'm particulary fond of the cut pigtails in IMAX2--makes a tough workout seem more like play)

2)Three favorite outfits (though to be fair, we must exclude the ones you designed for this series!)

3) Toughest one, I bet: If you were stranded on a desert island (which, miraculously, has barbells, dumbells, steps, etc) and forced to do only your workouts until you are rescued (could be a long time...just ask those folks on "Lost"), which 3 would you choose and why?

Hi Kathryn! Ok, I'm up for some fun :)

#1) I like pig tails too. I like the ones from the lastest Boot Camp 4 day split workout. I also like my basic ponytail with pulled back bangs from Higher Intensity Split (also from 4 day split). Although I prefer my hair up for workouts, I also enjoyed how it came out on Coremax.

#2) Hmmm, favorite outfits...let's see....Well I liked the outfit from Kick Max (liked KPC too). Also outfit in Body Max 2 and Imax 3.

#3) KPC, Body Max 2, and Step Jump and Pump...all for cross training benefits.

I'm sure if I thought long and hard I might change my mind on a couple but this is what initially came to mind.

Thanks for the fun

Those were intersting questions.

Regarding favorite outfit, I have always loved Cathe's choice for Kick Max also.

Black and red are strong colors, this outfit especially reminds me of how Tiger always wears red and black on the final day of a tournament. Nike is just classic to the Max!

I only wish Cathe had chosen to wear a short top this past series to show her chiseled core which is always an inspiration.

Kathryn and Cathe:

I love the pigtails too! :7 I was so glad to see pigtails during the Road Trip! :7 Cathe, your hair is so pretty in Stretch Max too. I also love your hair in the blog pictures from Lower Intensity Step.

I love the outfits from Body Max 2 and Kick Max, but I also love the outfits from Lower Intensity Step and Kickbox. I will smile and remember the Road Trip every time I see these workouts. :7

Cathe, you have great taste in desert island workouts. Not a heavy weight workout in the bunch. ;-) LOL! :7 I could live with your choices, but I would really miss Rhythmic Step and Step Works! ;-) Step, Jump, and Pump has some of my favorite hi-lo of all time. :7

I woke up this morning and realized that it has been exactly 2 months since my first live Cathe step class. I am still missing you and my beloved Road Trip sisters. Love and big Heather hugs to you! :*

Blessings,
Heather B.

I like that as well.
The hair + outfit in both Kick Max and Imax 2 (both are pigtails with a red top) are my favorites, and somehow very motivating (like I said in my previous post, the pigtails make it look like 'play')

Huh - that's interesting b/c in my Kick Max Cathe did not wear pig-tails - just a high pony tail. Could they have shot more than one take?

Hate to disagree but I absolutely cannot stand the pigtails on a grown woman. I think it diminishes Cathe's overall sense of style. While it may be practical, a simple, classic ponytail is more more appropriate.

I think of that girl in the Beverly Hillbillies every time I see Cathe in pigtails...Ellie?

No, you're right, it is a ponytail.

Love the pig-tails Cathe. One of my hubby's favorite pictures of me happens to be me with pig-tails!

Wow, that was a little harsh. You go ahead and wear your practical, simple, classic ponytails, X. We'll stick with Cathe and her fun pigtails.

I apologize to all you pig tail loving Catheites!!;)

>Ellie?????? Aw, come on X, have some fun with us ;-)

Gawsh, I thinks Ellie is a right nice gal. She's partial to critters of all kinds!

I'll never be too old for pigtails! I hate the idea that I have to stop doing/wearing something because I'm too old. Forget that! I'll do what I want and what makes me happy and could care less if someone else has a problem with it. Life is waaaay too short to get hung up on stuff like this. Cathe, you keep rocking those adorable pigtails!

Amy

I Love Cathe wearing ponytails.
Cathe is always classy no matter how she is wearing her hair.
Who cares how old anyone is.
People do not exactly wear their ages, nor should they adhere to an age just because.
I guess that some people must own a book with pictures in it showing what "you" are supposed to look like as "you" get older.
You are as young as you feel.;-)
