Hey, you Thigh Rockers!

BLUE BANDS

Hi Carol!hmmmmm I don't understand why you didn't get the blue bands---this bugs me----you need them for versatility of aerobic/anaerobic training! Where did you get you BTR from? When was date of purchase and do you still have proof of purchase?Sorry to ask these questions but there are a couple of #'s you can call and if you are not on file with BBJ you will need that other info--it's considered a MISSING PART----email me at [email protected] and I'll see if I can help! You really need these bands especially if your gone for the everyday training 5 min add on routine(one day off completely)! Since you been using the black bands it will feel strange at first because your movements will be at a faster pace and your body will feel more stretched out when going up on the power arc(flimsy at first feeling)but you'll get use to it and feel energized to pump out those reps--email me--Your friend in fitness~~Francine

caution with rocker..

Hi Honeybunch! Thanks for the reminder of the weight limit!Don't exceed the limit especially if your warranty is over---I did all my experimenting during my warranty ( I figured what the heck let's see how sturdy this sucker is--it can go back--and it surprised me--it's still outlasting all my shenanigans! Also anything I pass on has been tested by yours truly(guinea pig style-hehe)I have another option for you while your starting to rock with the blue bands today!Try this with caution at first---remove the pin from your seat and drop it down---you can go lower and do your hold contractions at that level and then lift up--just another variation to add to your routine--you feel it in the hamstrings--watch your knees and just be careful on your alignment--try it first then you can incorporate it into your current program--you can make minor adjustments anywhere on this thing--have fun and rock on!---Your friend in fitness~~Francine

Honeybunch

I'll concentrate on my movements more. As always--Thanks!! Good observation on the weight limit...
Too bad we aren't as good at choosing husbands as we are exercise equipment. I read the post about your ex alcoholic preacher husband ... My first was a drinker who should have been a used-car salesman. Practice makes perfect?????? haha.
