Thank you, Sue, for sharing your PS rotation. I will refer to it (but will probably have to modify a bit!) on my next PS rotation. I have about 1 1/2 hours per day 6 days per week to work out, so I'll take a closer look to see how I can modify.
Sue, you look awesome. You are a testament to hard work. Your workout rotations are beautifully thought out. I have a couple of questions:
(1)How long do you stay on your PS rotation?
(2)You said that you do the S&H rotation usually for 4 weeks. Then you mentioned that you would probably spend just 3 weeks on endurance. So is this the normal cycle: 3 wks endurance, 4 weeks S&H rotation, and then X weeks PS, then return to 3 wks endurance?

Thank you so much. I would spend 4 weeks on the PS rotation. That is pretty much how I have been doing it. I will see when the new intensity series comes what changes I will make.
