Sorry to flag you out like this but my email is acting up this morning and after I typed up a long a** reply no less!

But the jist of my reply was:

1. EXCELLENT on the 35#bb for MIS! :) Stay heavy and as soon as you're feeling like it's not challenging (especially on the lower body), up the weight! In the words of Cathe, "don't be afraid to go heavy, they do good things for you!"

2. You know why your weekend eating is probably so off the hook? CAUSE YOU'RE STARVING YOUR A** all week long!
"HELLO~ 1200 cal/day probably has your body saying, "This chick is crazy! If she THINKS I'm letting go of even 1# when she's lifting weights and doing hard cardio like some Amazon warrior queen, and feeding me carrots and lettuce leaves 5 days/week, she's nuts!" You have to eat to lose weight! (repeat after me Candy..) YOU HAVE TO EAT TO LOSE WEIGHT!
Girl, you need to apologize to your body right now and promise it you're gonna give it 1500 cal/day (at least) and tell it to relax, you're not gonna starve it to death! :)
But seriously, you really do need to fuel your body if you're gonna lift heavy, and lift 3x/week on that rotation + the cardio you listed, you have to eat. 1200 cal/day will only force your body to hold on to whatever you give it. It's sort of a built in protection mechanism! Your body will release fat only when it's sure you're gonna replace the fuel it's letting go of. So you eat good stuff (lean proteins/complex carbs/low fat/plenty of fiber) and it will release fat! :)
