Hey cathe, you told me a few months ago to send you an email through [email protected] or something like that (remember me, the thirteen year old that loves you so much and wanted to meet you, and still does ). I tried to send an email to you, but sadly I never got a reply. I was just wondering if I was sending it to the right person. Like you said, I think it would be great fun to chat back and forth and learn more about my hero! :7
By the way, way to go on Core max and Low max! I did Segment 1 of Core max yesterday and towards the end when I was doing the side oblique crunches my abs have never burned that bad, and WHEW I was quite sore this morning! After doing segment 1 of core max AND the majority of Low Max I figured today would be my rest day for the week!! They are great workouts, just like everything else you have produced, and I have highly enjoyed them!
I was glad to hear that everthing is going much better with your injury! I will continue to pray for your recovery! ;-)
