Hey Cathe Veterans: which cardio is easiest on the ole' knees?

I have CTX and I am thinking about adding S&H, then some longer cardio, but I have a knee issue. Which longer cardio videos would be easiest on my knees, and/or easier to modify? The CTX kickbox feels good...sometimes CTX 10-10-10 can get to me though.

Well, since the CTX Kickbox tape feels good I would opt for Cardio Kicks. It is her only non-step cardio and its a lot of fun.............Jo
 
I have a friend who does all of Cathe's step tapes without a step at all and gets a good sweaty workout. You can modify just about anything. I can't think of any of her step tapes that would be worse on the knees than 10-10-10 except maybe MIC. This one aggravates my ankle. IMO, Rythmic Step (if I remember it right) is fairly low intensity.

maybe not Rythmic Step, it has a lot of squats at the side and over the top in the middle sequence that really work those knees, even if you don't have a knee problem.

I've been doing Cathe's newer tapes so I may be wrong, but I think her older tapes were *somewhat* easier and therefore, easier on the knees. They could be easily modified and longer workouts (usually 3 15-min sessions).
