Hello, all...I am turning to all Cathe-ites, not just Cathe, as I know how busy she is, but can someone help shake my workouts up? I was TRYING to lose the last 10 # from being pregnant, but I am going through a mental roadblock...I just can't seem to find a routine that I like that will help me to stick with my workouts, and over the past 2-3 weeks, have watched the scale creep up another 4 #'s. I'll go all out for a week, then the next week, be absolutley un-inspired...I need to get DEFINITION in my legs, as well as lose the layer of fat on my thighs & hips...I have access to all the Intensity, Body Blast, CTX Series, the 3 new high step, and a few older misc. Cathe tapes..I can get to a spin class once per week-twice MAYBE, and I have access to a treadmill...I have printed so many routines, that I think I have confused myself...does anyone have any success stories to share, and what routine did you have the success with, duration, etc...I know it won't happen overnight, but I know you all will answer my call for help!
