I have to admit though I am getting so confused. I am starting back to working out after a 6 month burn-out. And need to lose 15 LBS/and also need lower leg work. I have for years done the step work-outs but would like something new with the step and leg workout in one. And now reading step with weights,well that is new to me. But sounds great.
