Help me decide what DVDs for my next rotation, please!

OK, I need help! I'm finishing up a 4DS rotation (about 2 months) and really love the strength gains I've made, but I know it's probably time to do something different for strength work...so, as much as I don't want to stop doing 4DS, I know I probably need to, right? Anyhoo, here's the strength DVDs I have...any thoughts for a new weight rotation?

Drill Max
Muscle Endurance
Bootcamp
Push/Pull
Supersets
Core Max

I'll keep plugging in the assorted cardio ones I have, but really need some inspired ideas for weights!!

Personally I would use the upper/lower premixes on Push Pull and Supersets and add a circuit or full body routine so that I had 3 days of strength training per week. Maybe something like:

Weeks 1 & 3:
PP Upper Body 3X premix
Cardio
PP Lower Body 3X premix
Cardio or Yoga
Muscle Endurance
Cardio
Rest

Weeks 2 & 4:
SS Upper Body Blast premix
Cardio
SS Lower Body Blast premix
Cardio or Yoga
Drill Max + Core Max segment
Cardio
Rest

After 4 weeks I'd probably go back to the 4DS. I hope this helps!
 
What a great rotation, Tracey. :)

I've been working with ME and DM for the last few weeks. One week was:

ME
Cardio
DM ~ one of the weight/cardio premixes
Cardio
ME
Cardio

Now I wish I had PP and SS! :D

Thanks so much, Tracey and Laughing Water! These both look FANTASTIC. I'm going to start next week. I'm just not very good at coming up with my own rotations and I knew I'd get some guidance from the educated crowd here! :)
