Ok I have already pre-ordered the new STS series and I have Cathe's Muscle Max, GS Chest and Triceps, and Back, Shoulders and Biceps, I also have the 4 day split and then alot of her other cardio plus weight workouts, like the low impact circuit, Butts and Guts, Cardio Fusion, Body Max ect....but while waiting for the new STS I would like to add some new weight workouts.....I have been rotating the Muscle Max, and GS and 4day split weight workouts and need something new......so I am asking you all for your opinions on adding another good advanced weight out from Cathe. I thought maybe the Slow and Heavy series cuz I could do weight work 3 times a week and then one of my total body workouts at the end of the week or maybe you think something else would be good......bring on the recommendations!!!! Thanks
