I too was once extremely frustrated by step....so much so that I did in fact sell Low Max, not once, but twice because I just couldn't "get it." I tried, I "rewound", I tried writing down the steps, and just gave up. And like you I loved kickboxing. So I started with Kick Max and KPC. THen I ordered Cardio and Weights and even though, I messed up a lot, I was having fun...so I ordered Low Impact Circuit...and once again messed up, but at least was having fun. Then I just started ordering more and more. And once again ordered Low Max...and guess what? I LOVE IT! After 6 months of keeping at it, I can do almost any Cathe step workout, including the super hard ones. The thing is I didn't hate step, I just hated that I sucked at it. Don't give up!!!!!
