I am new to using my step. I have your video ALL STEP but I am having trouble learning the moves. Is there a video that's a little more detailed or for the "slower first time learners"? Also what stores can you purchase Cathe Videos?:7

I don't think you can buy Cathe videos in stores. I'll let others chime in for beginner's tapes (but I always heard Mega Step Blast is a good one to start with).

All Step is actually part of a 6-tape set called "Cross Train Express" and I found it more difficult than the other 5 in that set.

I think Step Heat is a good one to start with to teach you Basic Cathe, but you'll have to order it through Cathe's catalog or buy it used off of eBay.

Actually I just made this same reply to a similar question. I would suggest that you use a non-Cathe video to learn how to use your step first as Cathe's tapes are pretty advanced. I started off by using Kathy Smith's Step Workout, which teaches you the basics. I don't have this tape but most people recommend the Wedding video as the best place to start with Cathe.
