Help for a Newbie

I have been doing Cathe's Basic Step that came with my step for a few weeks now and I LOVE it! She is so great with her cues (I've used many exercise videos) and I love the way she does the exact number of exercises on each side - that always bugs me in other videos. I'm 62 and in good health but am not yet able to do the more complicated steps. I downloaded LowMax and am just doing it on a 4" step but it is still too complicated for me. Does she have any other videos that are similar to Basic Step but just different? I'm getting tired of doing the same one all the time but I'd really like to stick with Cathe. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

See if you can find Low Impact Step it is the follow up to basic step and introduces you to some more of the choreography she uses. I like it on a day when I don't want to concentrate on the footwork.

try cardio and weights, step work is basic and also has a little wieght work in it , very easy to follow, simple, great music and fun!

good luck!

I second Low Impact Step! After that, I'd try either her Classics dvd or her Cardio & Weights workout which also includes Interval Max 2. (That dvd has premixes so you can do just the step portion of the C&W workout if you dont want to the weight work on a given day).
