I'm trying to come up with a rotation to help me lose weight. I'm currently 5'2" and around 157 pounds. I'd like to lose around 30 pounds. I've been putzing with different rotations and trying to come up with a good rotation with the videos I currently have (OR....is there a rotation out there now I could use?). This is a breakdown of what I've come up with so far...
M - Cardio (one of Cathe's step videos like Step Blast)
T - Circuits (I'm thinking Jari Love's Get Ripped 1000)
W - Cardio (see Monday)
Th - Circuits (see Tuesday)
F - Cardio (see Monday)
Sa - Full Body Workout (the bonus combo on the Pyramid Upper/Lower)
Su - Rest
Does this sound good? Am I missing anything? I'd like to include Yoga or Pilates or even Cardio Barre in there, but I'm not sure how. And here are some of the videos I have if anyone wants to incorporate any of them in there..

All STS (Meso 1, 2, 3 - none of the cardio)

Soooo many choices....I'm just a little overwhelmed with all the choices, but want to create something that will help the weight come off. Any help would be appreciated!!
