HELP! Can I use a tube instead of a band w/HC series?

Unfortunately my band didn't come in the box w/my HC set this evening Wondering if I can use tubing instead? I have 2 tubes I use when I travel, a green one and a red/pink one? Do you think I can use them until I pick up a band?

I don't see why you can't. They primarily are the same thing. I would go ahead and use it. You may have to hold on to the tubing instead of the handles (if you have handles). I think it will also depend on how long your tubing is. I would give it a try.

The band is used as a "bonus burn" so maybe you could grab lighter weights and do the quick pulses~for now. With GSL an ankle weight may work too. Sorry to hear it was left out of your box, bummer. Hopefully you'll receive it soon.
