Hello? Are you alive?

Cathlete
I just finished tonight's Insanity workout, and I wanted to share Saturday's funny. I forgot Saturday - probably because I was trying to remember how to breathe, and yesterday wasn't an Insanity day.

I workout in my basement, my house is little, so the people upstairs can generally hear what's going on downstairs, especially when mom (me) is yelling at the TV and huffin' and puffin'.

Saturday I did Insanity Plyo Cardio Circuit. I was yelling and whining and "no more-ing" at the TV. When I was done, I turned off the TV and sat down at the computer to update my workout, which takes a couple minutes.

I was going upstairs when I was done, and DH opened the door from the other side as I was opening it from the basement. He startled me! He said he was coming to check on me because it got quiet all of a sudden and wanted to make sure I was still alive!!! Yes, husband, I'm alive. I feel like I got hit by a Mack truck at 90 mph, but I'm alive. Thanks. Love you, too.

That's a keeper. Supports your workout a habit, and checks to make sure you aren't dead :p:)

That's soooo funny, Nan!! It IS a love/hate thing with Shaun T. isn't it... but mostly a love thing!! My son worries if I don't scream and shout and lots of WOOHOOOO's when working out with Shaun! If I don't, he'll say, "I guess its just not an Insanity day, Mommy!" I LOVE that about Insanity- it's not only EXTREMELY physical, it's sooo mental as well! FINISH STRONG!!

Glad you and your hubby survived that "scare"!:D Sooo funny!

Happy workout! I have Insanity on schedule for tomorrow!

That's a great story Nan! You don't have to worry if something really happens, he'll be right there dialing 911 as he goes! I'm at a disadvantage since I'm always yelling or swearing or complaining - I'm awfully accident prone! Mine won't come running because if it gets quiet, he just thinks I've handled it! LOL!

thats so funny!
i havent yelled at the tv yet, but i'm still new. i just try to concentrate and try to get back up again. you know it was a good w/o when you've been run over. i did cathe's intensity series bootcamp once, i love that one! i felt like i had been run over, but was so hyped mentally. same with sts plyo legs.
