I just finished tonight's Insanity workout, and I wanted to share Saturday's funny. I forgot Saturday - probably because I was trying to remember how to breathe, and yesterday wasn't an Insanity day.
I workout in my basement, my house is little, so the people upstairs can generally hear what's going on downstairs, especially when mom (me) is yelling at the TV and huffin' and puffin'.
Saturday I did Insanity Plyo Cardio Circuit. I was yelling and whining and "no more-ing" at the TV. When I was done, I turned off the TV and sat down at the computer to update my workout, which takes a couple minutes.
I was going upstairs when I was done, and DH opened the door from the other side as I was opening it from the basement. He startled me! He said he was coming to check on me because it got quiet all of a sudden and wanted to make sure I was still alive!!! Yes, husband, I'm alive. I feel like I got hit by a Mack truck at 90 mph, but I'm alive. Thanks. Love you, too.
That's a keeper. Supports your workout a habit, and checks to make sure you aren't dead
