Heavy weigth workout

There is definitely a need for another heavy weight workout (PS or SH). There's too much of an emphasis on endurance in the other videos and we need more variety!!!
 
I'm all for a heavy strength workout that combines the best qualities of some of the other workouts! A split like PS, intensity like Slow and Heavy, a push-pull format (or cyclical format: one chest exercise, then one shoulder, then one triceps, then repeat), maybe even with a pyramid set-up.
 
I know I've already commented on this but please Cathe can't we get a heavy weight workout, I know you just finished a set of new DVD's but maybe next time. Look at all these heavyweight fans!!!!
