Heart rate monitor apps??

I finally decided to get the Polar A300 after my FT4 crapped out. It was a toss up between Polar and the Garmin Vivofit2. So now there are apps that go with it so I can see my wkouts, sleep etc on-line after setting up an account. My question is, what apps do you use? Any favorites? I don't have my polar yet but I downloaded the polar flow app. Do I need the polar beat app too? It's confusing! I like having the info but don't need to be overwhelmed with repetativeness. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I have a polar loop (activity bracelet) that syncs with the polar flow app. I use the polar beat app to sync with my polar hr monitor (not sure of the model number). Unless your a300 counts steps and sleep I think you'll want the beat app.

I have the Polar M400 which is an activity monitor and heart rate with chest strap. It's one of the only ones I could find like that but the chest straps are more accurate. Anyway, I use the polar flow app with it. I love it!

I have the Polar V800 and use the Polar Flow app (android) and works very well on my Samsung Galaxy S6. The Polar Flow web works flawless on Windows 7 and 10 (I run both OS on a laptop and 10 on a desktop).
The A300 is supported by Polar Flow. Lots of cool stuff to learn.

I love this app!! This is exactly what I was hoping for. I can see my workout in different forms, I like the graph. It will be interesting to see everything after a month or so. I think my steps were overestimated though....probably user error. It linked to my phone and "my fitness pal". I'll have to try to get used to inputting my food for the day. Not so much to count calories but to see the carbs, protein, sugar etc. It's really informative and just might be an eye opener for me and my nutrition. Love it. Thanks for the info peeps!!
