Hello Ladies.
I have been "lurking" on this thread for about a week now...
I purchased the Eating for Life cook book and I really like this guy's philosophy so I decided to give it a shot. I am following it from breakfast through the afternoon snack pretty well but dinner is very "loose" still as I haven't really gone through and picked out recipes to try yet. I will do that soon. I am also inclined to add in a couple extra snacks b/c I am hungrier than usual

...after I have the baby I will try to adhere to the schedule more strictly. So...after all of that babbling..lol..I'd like to join the check-in with you lovely ladies!

So here it goes:
B: Kashi cereal/skim milk, water/coffee
S: Nutrigrain bar (I know they probably aren't the best but I have them in the house and really like them!)
S: 1/2 raw green pepper, 1/2 cucumber, 1/2 c l/f cottage cheese
That is what I have eaten so far today....the plan for the rest of the day is....
L: Peanut butter sandwich-natural l/f p/b on ww bread, salad with l/f dressing, water
S: Banana or apple with 1/2 of an advantedge bar
S: Banana or apple (which ever I didn't eat prior and only if I am hungry for it)
D: ?
S: (after exercising) usually a piece of fruit and maybe some cottage cheese
Suggestions on how to improve are welcome!
I normally work out in the evenings...tonight I am doing 30-45 minutes of a Cathe cardio dvd (to be determined!) and the upper body work from all step as well as biceps coz I was supposed to do them last night and didn't have time...
