TGIF!!!! OMG, I did GS legs 49 minutes premix this morning and what an awesome workout. I am feeling it my outer thighs and buttocks right not like I haven't felt in some time. The band is a wonder. I haven't had a chance to even take the wrapping off the other workouts but I think I am going to enjoy them. They should kick me into shape. Not sure what I am going to try tomorrow, I am thinking either LowMax, KickMax or Imax intervals 1-5 or just getting on the treadmill and previewing one. We will see.
