Healthy Eating (BFL) checkin 2/11/05

TGIF!!!! OMG, I did GS legs 49 minutes premix this morning and what an awesome workout. I am feeling it my outer thighs and buttocks right not like I haven't felt in some time. The band is a wonder. I haven't had a chance to even take the wrapping off the other workouts but I think I am going to enjoy them. They should kick me into shape. Not sure what I am going to try tomorrow, I am thinking either LowMax, KickMax or Imax intervals 1-5 or just getting on the treadmill and previewing one. We will see.

B - cottage cheese w/ yogurt, 1/2 ww english muffin w/lf cream cheese
S - cheese, Balance Go Mix
L - tuna casserole, asparagus
S - BFL bar
D - leftover pork chops, green beans

Just curious - - -are you practicing the Body for Life nutrition plan? If so, how is that working for you? I just started it a week ago. I'm 5'4" and 115, so I'm try to use this to help me build further muscle - not to lose weight.

Wow, it sounds like the new workouts are awesome. I am kicking myself for not preordering.

Tonight is KPC for me.

B - coffee
S - protein shake
L - soup, protein bar
S - protein shake
D - ?

It's Lent, so no meat. I'll have to figure out what to do to get in the protein other than using shakes and bars.

Time to be accountable!

1: oatmeal, no milk! Had no protein powder, but will add next time.
2: chicken breast, half a yam
3: chicken breast, broccoli
4: protein shake (for convenience)
5: out to dinner, will try not to go overboard
