I guess it depends on what kind of mood I'm in. I typically enjoy the "kitchen sink" type w/ cardio, metabolic weights, toning and abs. Honestly I haven't done too many that I don't like.
I'm not commenting on Cathe Live but the shared workouts - I just did Rock'm Sock'm meltdown - that was just pure fun! Jennburgo created the workout. Good job. I don't do much KBing other than hardstrikes so this was great. It gave me more ideas for WB workouts. Thanks Jennburgo!
