Like everyone above, I LOVE to exercise. But I wouldn't say that I "hate" to "diet." Clean eating is not as easy or natural as it is for some others. However, I eat clean when I can so that I DON'T HATE MYSELF when I can't.

Of course being a Catheite, I absolutely LOVE to exercise! I think you would only hear that from one of us, huh? I get sick of trying to eat right all the time just to maintain my body weight.

Like JT said, since I have gone through menopuase, it only gets harder. I cannot eat like I did in my 30's or 40's that is for sure.

Well, at least I still LOVE exercising. I cannot imagine how I would look if I hadn't exercisesd for the last 34 years.

Here's the weird thing about me: I'm doing great eating about 85% clean but when it comes to exercise it depends what kind. I LOVE LOVE LOVE weight training but I despise cardio with every fiber of my being.

So what does that mean for me? Hmmm.

>I don't believe in dieting. It doesn't work for me. I just
>get grumpy. You have to change the way you eat - for life.

Yea, and if you eat clean long enough you'll find a lot of forbidden foods aren't nearly as good as you remembered. In my case, Arby's curly fries (which I used to love) made me wicked ill. That alone convinced me to stick with The Clean.

Hate to Diet... love to exercise!! But I love to eat right. Eating right does not have to be considered dieting if you love what you choose to eat! I try to make every bite count (not counting when I need to have something naughty!)

Love to exercise, don't think I've ever dieted... I like healthy food. I do however overdo the bread... challah, bagels, country wheat from the bakery, pita with my hummus, cinnamon bread- you get the idea!LOL. I do try to eat whole grain or whole wheat though, I'm sure if I cut out some of the bread I eat I would be more defined, but its so hard!!!!:)
