I was doing insanity and dropped about six pounds, then I just hovered at this one number on the scale for a while. That was about 3 weeks ago, now I am doing some Cathe videos and the cardio is not as intense, however, now I have busted through the plateau I had several weeks ago. I am still eating the same amount of calories and yet the weight seems to be moving again. Why would the weight come off now without me doing as intense cardio? Has this happened to anyone else and what do some of you trainers think about this? Thanks ahead of time
