Has Anyone Tried the Nutrition Program?

I've looked at the demo of the nutrition program. Not that I need one, but sometimes changing things can get you refocused. I was wondering if anyone has subscribed to the nutrition program and what you thought about it.

Thanks so much.

Fitday is free, but from what I know is not accurate.
You can use it as a guide, but wouldn't bank on the figures unless you use a menu you customized by adding all the nutritional data.

I have used Fitday, but like Cathy love Cathe's nutrition program the best!

Thanks for posting the other thread links Cathy...:D

I am seriously considering using it. I really need to see my eating in writing. I too am waiting for a little more feedback. I watched the tutorial and really liked the part that could help you make sure to get the right amount of Vitamins.

BTW- Runnintech, thanks for the links. I think I was just enabled to go ahead and do it!!!

I tried it for a month when it first came out and really liked what it did. The only problem was it was extremely slow with my computer. I don't know if it was a compatibility problem since I use a Mac with Firefox or what. I didn't have the time to sit and wait for the info to load, so I did not try it the second month. I don't have problems with any portions of Cathe.com so I don't know what it was.

You should look into myfitnesspal.com. It is one of the best out there. It's much better than fitday or sparkpeople. I haven't tried Cathe's but myfitnesspal is free and has a terrific food data base.

You should give Sparkpeople a try....it's free too.

I have to second Sparkpeople.

I did Cathe once for a month. It is a great program hands down but since I'm inconsistent with my tracking I was paying for something and not getting the most of it.

Sparkpeople is fun. There a lots of things to keep you motivated and learn new things.

I would say try Cathe for a month since it is not that expensive and check out Sparkpeople also. They would probabley compliment one another nicely.;)

I haven't tried Cathe's program either, as I really can't afford the expense right now, but..... I will second the vote for MyFitnessPal. :) I'm very pleased with their online diet & exercise journal.... especially for the price. ;) I can also easily log entries into my journal using my iPhone, which is great. NO EXCUSES for not logging what I eat!!
