Yes, I was lucky enough to take the high step class with Cathe a few months ago. She had just received the high step for use in her class.
It was very challenging to say the least. I believe orginally, the class she taught on that day was Circuit Max, but since she just received the high step from the manufacturer she put together a format the night before (so talented!).
Anyway, the class was designed as a "bootcamp" style with tons of leg presses, core as well as some kickboxing, plyos, weight work etc. (this was a few months ago, so I'm jogging my memory here.)
I consider myself an advanced exerciser and I am also a personal trainer, myself -- and my heart rate was definately up there.
Cathe is extremely gracious and friendly. It was an experience I'll remember for a long time. I remember a woman next to me in class said "how come you know all the moves?" And I proudly said "I use Cathe's videos."
I'm sure the workout Cathe is now designing for the new set of DVD's will vary slightly from the class I took, since there was so little time to prepare. All I know is you guys will not be disappointed.}(
