PUB and PLB back to back in one day? The only day I really have time to get some weight work in is Saturday, but I have to do upper and lower body work. Will this kill me to do both?

I've done it and it hasnt killed me. From an excercise reference I use, it says to start with legs first since it's the largest muscle group.

Have you ever done the Bonus premix? It's both upper and lower going up only...I have never done it but plan to soon. That might be a good alternative to doing pub/plb in full....just something to think about!

Great suggestion Wendy, thanks. No, I've never done it. I am still just starting to venture out into the "premix" world. I always seem to forget they are there.

I have done this, like you, on Saturdays when I have more time. No it shouldn't kill you!
 
I did it and it was tough. I don't like to lift weights for that long without fuel, so I did PLB and ate, then later did PUB. Also helped with the clutter issue - I could get my barbell and plate weights out of the way after PLB and lay out my dumbbells.

The bonus premix is good.
