I'm thinking of doing a rotation of workouts using The Gauntlet, IMAX Extreme, The Viper, Boot Camp, C&W and straight cardios only (maybe some running). Has anyone done this? Just wondering if it's too much cardio and/or not enough wt. training to maintain the muscle mass I already have....And that's not a whole lot, so I aim to keep it!!!! But, I wanna shed some fluff.
