Tues: 30 minute run plus segment one Stretch Max
Wed: off
Thurs: BM2
Fri: off
Sat: B&G

WEEK TWO:
Mon: LIC
Tues: 20 minute interval run plus B&G Bonus abs only segment two Stretch Max
Wed: off
Thurs: BM2
Fri: KPC
Sat: Drill Max
Sun: off
WEEK THREE:
Mon: B>ues: BM2 Warm up and first 30 minute step segment /plus/ LIC (Cardio Blast Timesaver premix)/plus/ LIC Abs
Wed: off
Thurs: Drill Max
Fri: 20 minute interval run /plus/ B&G bonus abs only /plus/ seg 3 stretch max
Sat: Cardio Fusion
